Dear Family and Friends,

Well, we are in Salta, Argentina, going crazy at the 
supermarkets marveling at the variety of fruits and foods that 
we could not find in Bolivia and Peru.  And we are reveling in 
the GREEN scenery!  Amazing that it exists.  We had forgotten 
after our time on the altiplano.  

We are bummed to miss Thanksgiving at home, being with you all 
and enjoying the relaxing turkey dinner.  Hopefully weŽll get a 
big side of Argentine beef to keep our spirits up on Thursday.

Speaking of holidays, we plan to be in Chile the end of 
December and have a mailing address there:
